The hotel was excellent, with INCREDIBLE location in the middle of jackson. There was plenty of good options for buffet breakfast. Location: the venue was close enough to the temple. Also, the hotel was within a 25-minute walk from Kuthiraiyar Dam Falls.

This hotel was a delightful surprise during our stay. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the beautifully designed premises to the high standard of electrical and electronic embellishments. The rooms were spacious and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's location near the temple was super convenient.
The only minor inconvenience was the check-in and check-out process, which could benefit from improvement.

While all other aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, the check-in and check-out process could be improved. The staff could be more efficient and streamline the process to ensure a smoother experience for the guests.

Had a delightful stay in this hotel during Christmas. The food was excellent - we enjoyed all our meals here. The hotel's location was a key positive: right near the cable car and shops. The spacious, clean rooms were the best aspects of our stay. They were well-decorated and had comfortable beds, providing us with a good night's rest.
The check-in and check-out process could have been better. It was a bit slow and tedious, which detracted from our overall experience.

We had to call reception for hot water at night, as it was only available in the morning. Additionally, the facility could have been better maintained and the staff could have been more knowledgeable about guiding guests and the restaurant's menu.
